Lubbock Heart Hospital Responds to Violation Reports
The Lubbock Heart Hospital responded to recent reports about a fine from state health officials. In May of last year, the Texas Department of State Health Services inspected the Heart Hospital and found 6 violations. They ranged from things like a torn mattress to documentation issues.
