“We found foster children who did not have enough clothes or food, and others who had no mattress or blanket.”
The air-mattress maker proves mortal.
Mattress retailer Select Comfort Corp., maker of the Sleep Number bed, warned Thursday that fourth-quarter sales growth will fall below targets due to continued housing market weakness, and lowered guidance for the full year.
Firefighters were called out to a townhome on United and Beltway 8 overnight. Once inside they quickly worked to put out the flames coming from a mattress burning in the bedroom.
