Former store owner will pay over $292,000 in tax fraud restitution

The former owner of Mattress Direct in Knoxville, 36-year-old Daniel Lee Trejo, pled guilty Friday to two counts of sales tax fraud. He was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to pay $26,287.22 in restitution.
