Colleges ditching twin beds for doubles
WASHINGTON - Accustomed to sleeping on a queen-size, 60-by-80-inch water bed at home, Elissa Robinson got a rude awakening when she headed off to college: a twin-size bed, somewhere around 38 by 75 inches, with a mattress that had seen better days.

Thursday, December 22, 2005: Simplicity, Inc. has recalled 104,000 of these wooden cribs sold under the Graco brand name. The manufacturer says screws on the "Aspen 3 in 1" crib can come loose allowing a portion of the mattress to fall.
