Afternoon fire damages duplex

Homeless man found dead under Wilmington bridge
A homeless man was found dead underneath a train trestle in Wilmington this morning, said Sgt. Kelli Starr-Leach of New Castle County Paramedics.Investigators believe the victim was homeless because a mattress and personal possessions were found near his body, Starr-Leach said.
