Litter, all-terrain vehicle use along bank of Red River raise concern
Piles of trash -- beer bottles, broken glass, radios, clothes, food wrappers, Styrofoam coolers, a burned out mattress frame -- and strewn litter cover what some locals have nicknamed "Redneck Rivera," a quarter-mile ribbon of beach on the Red River adjacent to the east side of Charles and Marie Hamel Memorial Park along Shreveport's Clyde Fant Parkway.
