Three men jump into river on air mattress
Police said the three men who jumped into the Normanskill Creek on an air mattress early Thursday morning were drunk. Police and fire crews spent hours searching for them.

Toddler sets fire to apartment
WESTON A 3-year-old Weston boy accidentally set fire to his familys apartment at 1406 Keck Ave. this morning. The Weston and Wausau Fire departments responded to the fire at 10:40 a.m. The boy was playing with a lighter in the bedroom and a mattress caught fire, a Weston firefighter said. The parents had already extinguished the flames when fire crews arrived. The bedroom sustained minor damage.
